Service Description
The DYM METHOD combines both MINDSET and BODY sessions to enhance your mental and physical health. Aligned with the DYM Mindset method, this 12 week commitment to change and strengthen your values, beliefs and leave burnout and stress behind whilst sculpting your body for strength, flexibility and resiliance. Generally, we get together online once a week (more if you feel you need it) for MINDSET work, where we spend 60 minutes talking talk through how we can break through barriers and bad habits holding you back. You have goals to work towards if you choose to and you will see and feel the transformation of a stronger mind. We then build our mental and physical strength with yoga/Pilates for 50 minutes before winding down in Savasana with a guided meditation and suggestions for positive change through hypnosis. The perfect way to end the session.
